The Iron Pen is available to conduct general notary work for attorneys, financial institutions, general contractors (permit process), I-9 completion as an authorized representative for organizations with remote employees and retirement facility residents.
Additional types of documentation for common notarizations for the above entities and the general public at large include (but are not limited to) adoption papers, affidavits, child custody agreements, funeral permit dispositions, powers of attorney, safe deposit box content verifications, trusts, wills, and various consent forms.
Cost is $10 per acknowledgement, affirmation, oath, and/or jurat plus mobile notary fee, if applicable.
